Accessibility

For our guests with special needs, a Guest Services Representative will be available at all events. These representatives will help guests to their seats, get refreshments for them or whatever else they may require. Please contact one of these team members should you require their services.

Assistive Listening Devices are provided free of charge. A driver’s license or credit card will be held as a security deposit. Interested parties should see a Guest Services Representative at their nearest Guest Services/Concierge desk for details.

Philips Arena will provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities upon request. We ask thirty (30) days notice for such services.

There are accessible parking spaces in all of the parking decks around the venue. Parking is first come, first serve.
