Box Office Location:
The box office is located on Centennial Olympic Park Drive, which is the east side of CNN Center under the "ATLANTA" letters.

Types of Payment Accepted:

The Philips Arena Box Office accepts: cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Will Call:

• Located at the main box office on Techwood Drive.
  
• Availability for pickup beginning 1 1/2 hours prior to event. Closing time will vary by event.
  
• Please bring picture I.D., the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets, and confirmation number.

Special Seating Arrangements:

• Wheelchair/physically challenged seating is available throughout the arena in various price categories.
  
• Seating for the visually/hearing impaired are available in the lower level.
  
• All special access seating is subject to availability.

• No smoking inside arena (designated smoking areas will be provided outside the arena).
  
• No glass bottles, alumunum cans, coolers, thermoses, outside food, or alcoholic beverages.

Children's Rules:

Children under 24 months of age do not need a ticket to enter. For Sesame Street Live, children under 12 months of age do not need a ticket to enter.

Tickets may be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets
or the Philips Arena Box Office.
